Welcome to St Lukes Skerton

We are a Church of England church, located in North Lancaster in the parish of Skerton. We are a very friendly and welcoming church with Full Disabled access, Hearing Loop and a Children Friendly Church award which was awarded to us by the Diocese of Blackburn.

We are very active in the local community – we have links with the local schools and ecumenically with local churches St Chad’s and St Josephs.

Within the Church, we have a Nutmeg group, Boys Brigade and a Junior Church, we hope you enjoy learning more about us, and we look forward to welcoming you to our Church.

St Luke's 175th Anniversary Celebrations

Thank you for joining us for this 175th anniversary as we thank God for the life and witness of this parish. We welcomed Bishop Geoff once again to St Lukes and thank him for leading our celebrations. After the service there was an informal parish in the Methodist Hall. Thank you to everyone who provided the buffet.
